Every ROMEO jewel is born in the Crotone workshop, through handcrafted work that blends technique, experience and tradition.
It is not industrial production, but a process that starts from an idea and takes shape through manual work.
HAMMER WORKING
The metal takes shape directly under the hammer blows, through a process carried out entirely by hand in the ROMEO workshop in Crotone.

From metal cutting to burin finishing: every step is done by hand in ROMEO’s workshop in Crotone.
PROTOTYPE
The prototype
Every creation begins with a handmade model.
It is at this stage that shapes, proportions and details are defined.
PERSIAN WAX
Lost-wax casting
From the prototype, the wax form is developed, then turned into metal through lost-wax casting.
This process preserves the character of the original model even in limited series production.
FINISH
After casting, each piece is finished by hand.
This is where the jewel takes on its final look.
The stones
Engraved stones are selected according to iconographic models from the classical tradition.
On request, it is possible to create fully hand-made engravings in the workshop.
Unlike industrial production,
each ROMEO jewel retains variations and details that make it unique.
A ROMEO jewel is not mass-produced.
